Art pottery collectors in the U.S. are addicted to American pottery. That's not necessarily bad, but it's keeping many pieces of European pottery from getting the attention and appreciation they deserve. The good side of that is people like me get to buy and enjoy some wonderful pottery at great prices.

This site will be dedicated to showing pottery that doesn't often get shown. There will be Belgian, French, German and pottery from other countries. I'll be adding studio work, unknown work, and even some U.S. work. For now it will be mostly pictures, but I hope to gather information along the way.
